Systemetrics provides technical support to customer sites
worldwide from its office location in Cambridge,
Massachusetts USA. Support services are provided via
telephone, web and e-mail on an annual subscription
basis. Subscription support provides software updates
and bug fixes, together with telephone and electronic
support. If you have subscribed for technical support, you
are welcome to call us at (1) 617-868-8308 with any
product questions or problems, or submit a description of
your question or problem via e-mail to PageMate
Technical Support.
To assist with resolution of operational problems, all
Systemetrics' software products provide a capability to
generate detailed log files during operation. If you are
having a problem that is repeatable, we will usually ask
you to generate and submit log files that trace program
operation when the problem occurs. For information about
