Software licenses for Systemetrics products
include technical support services for the first 30 days. Thereafter,
technical support is provided on an annual subscription basis. Costs
for subscription support services are as published in product price
lists (nominally 15% of the list price of your software license).
If support for your software product has lapsed
and you wish to re-instate support with an upgrade to the current
product version, an additional upgrade fee, plus charges for media
and documentation (if applicable), will apply. Payment for subscription
support services can be made via company purchase order, VISA or MasterCard.
