Today I am thrilled to welcome Dr. Chethan Gangireddy to System and our leadership team as Medical Director, underscoring our mission to build the most rigorous and trusted clinical decision-support solutions and transform healthcare from silos to systems.

Dr. Gangireddy’s career spans clinical informatics and cardiology across leading medical institutions like Harvard, University of Pennsylvania, University of Michigan, and Temple University. He is currently the Medical Director of Informatics at Temple University School of Medicine / Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, where he is also Associate Director of Cardiac Electrophysiology. He earned his MPH at Harvard School of Public Health and his MD at The University of Michigan Medical School. He completed his residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, a teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School where he was an Instructor of Medicine, and a cardiology fellowship at The University of Pennsylvania. He is Board Certified in Clinical Informatics and in Cardiovascular Disease.

Together with our healthcare advisors, Dr. Paul Rothman (former Dean of Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and CEO of Johns Hopkins Medicine) and Dr. Andrew Trister (Chief Medical Officer at Verily and former Deputy Director at the Gates Foundation), Dr. Gangireddy will drive the scientific and medical rigor and clinical value of System’s healthcare solutions.
